SRAM, known as one of the most exciting and innovative bicycle component manufacturers, has proved its dedication and commitment to that movement by taking 1st and 2nd in the inaugural Enduro World Series. Fabien Barel was unbeatable on stage two aboard his SRAM XX1 drivetrain and AVID X0 Trail brakes – he took chances and it paid off with the overall win. Jerome Clementz took his fair share of stage wins and he rolled in with an impressive 2nd on the day, aboard his SRAM, RockShox, AVID and TRUVATIV equipped Cannondale.

SRAM has partnered with Superenduro from the start of 2011 and helped it grow into one of the premier Enduro event series in Europe. Adventurous and exciting, this event is a perfect match of strength and skills; with hundreds racing multiple stages over one day it has become the ideal “war of attrition”. Described as electric, this Enduro World Series kickoff is just the start to one of the most intensely fought over championships of 2013. With just over a month until the next Enduro World Series in Val d’Allos, France we can already look back at this weekend as a success and look forward to more exciting racing and victories from our athletes.
